Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a room heated to 40° with 40% humidity. The series was designed by Bikram Choudhury to improve strength, flexibility, cardio-vascular fitness, concentration, patience, determination and overall health - it is a one-stop shop for mental, emotional and physical fitness. Every class is beginner friendly and every class is challenging - so whether you are an experienced practitioner or have never done any form of exercise before, all are welcome.

INFERNO HOT PILATES
Inferno Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout using Pilates principles. it is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat - all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.

WHAT OTHER YOGA CLASSES ARE THERE AT HOT3YOGA?
For people who want want to try other types of yoga, we also have a regular POWER YOGA, YIN YOGA and VINYASA FLOW Classes. These are 75 minutes yoga classes, with background music and practiced in a non-heated room.
